The Most Effective and Efficient Way to Hire the Next Generation of Embryologists For Your Clinic.
For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to the intricate world of reproductive medicine. As an IVF laboratory director, my core strengths lie in my solid embryology coordination, forward-thinking leadership, and unwavering adherence to laboratory safety standards. My academic background includes a Bachelor's in Genetics from Texas A&M, culminating in a PhD in Reproductive Biology from UT Southwestern Medical Center. My subsequent embryology training further solidified my grasp on the nuances of laboratory operations and technical precision.
Holding certifications as a Technical Supervisor in Embryology and a High-complexity Clinical Laboratory Director from the American Board of Bioanalysts, I am dedicated to upholding the pinnacle of standards within reproductive medicine. I have also had the distinct honor of serving as the President of the Colorado Association of Reproductive Technologists (CART) and a Southwest Embryology Summit (SWES) and College of Reproductive Biology (CRB) board member.
In my current role, I navigate the intricacies of being the on-site lab director for Aspire San Antonio while also directing laboratory operations for Aspire Dallas and Pacific Fertility Center. As an integral member of Inception Fertility's laboratory steering committee, I have been pivotal in initiatives surrounding electronic SART data reporting and the transition to electronic laboratory witnessing across our vast network.
My guiding principle remains a deep-seated commitment to compassionate and tailored patient care. My goal? To employ my technical acumen, vast expertise, and steadfast leadership in fostering top-tier embryology programs across the nation.
"Nothing makes my day more than meeting a baby I once cared for as an embryo."
